Welcome to our website www.kristinajonelle.com (the “Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Kristina Jonelle Online Store.

1.SALE ITEMS

Any item bought on sale will take 12 to 15 business days to be manufactured. 

Once your order is manufactured and completed, your order is sent to the Miami Headquarter. We then ship it to clients with the delivery time they selected at checkout.

Once the order has been placed there cannot be changes on the measurements since this is a customized product. If the client demands to change the measurements style, or anything on their order the client may be eligible for a new garment paying a restocking fee of $65 and the new shipping cost for a single garment

2. PRODUCTION ERROR

Production errors like: Wrong Style, Wrong color, would apply as changes without cost for the clients. The garment would set into production and would be delivered to the client between 3 to 5 business days within the US.

In the case of a production error, the customer is required to submit a video on our live chat showing the issue they are having. If the garment is running dye please submit photos within the first 24 hours in order to have this issue resolved.

Incorrect measuring does not qualify as a production error and a remake, exchange or refund will be denied.  If the issue is considered a production error, we will evaluate the issue, we will then set the client up in our return center. The client will be offered a remake and told to return the incorrect garment to us.

— Your return merchandise must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached.

— Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

— Pack the item(s) along with all accessories and packaging. 

If any tags, box, or accessories is missing, the return will be denied. 

The client is set to submit the garment to the store, once we get the garment and check that it is without damage and use we proceed with the production of the new one. If the garment does not get in proper conditions Kristina Jonelle will no longer be able to produce a new one. Since this is a critical aspect the client must notify this in the firsts 24 hours after receiving the package.

Our products are considered luxury clothes, and we want to maintain clean and quality products for all clients. Unfortunately, if your Kristina Jonelle product shows any form of marks or stains, we will be unable to accept your exchange, and it will be sent back to you. You will receive a follow-up e-mail informing you that your exchange was rejected and the reason for the rejection. No exceptions will be accepted.

3. CANCELLATIONS / REFUND

We do not offer a refund for any cancellation of any kind. Here at Kristina Jonelle, each garment is individually handmade, according to each client's measurements and preferences. With that, we do not make cancellations, accept returns, or offer exchanges unless there is a production error. Products ordered by a client who wants to cancel will still be shipped to the client's delivery address. We will not cancel or store products. 

4. MEASURING

Each garment has a measurement table. If you are not sure you can reach out to our live chat within 1 hour after you placed your order. Please reach  us at our live chat (Click Here) We are not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted and will not refund any money. 

6. CHARGES FOR RETURN

There are no charges for return.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. EXCHANGE

 Exchanged are not sent to clients until we received your return in acceptable conditions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection, and then your remake will be sent to you. We encourage you to mail your return as soon as possible to avoid any delays with your exchange.

8. CHANGE TO ORDER

Here at Kristina Jonelle, we understand the urgency of our clients getting their products. Orders placed in person or online goes into our factory immediately. We do not accept changes or cancellations once your order is placed.
